How access works.
You choose a carrier from our collection and we ship it directly to your door.
There is a minimum four week access period. Babywearing takes time. Bodies change, babies change, confidence grows. Four weeks gives you space to really understand whether a carrier suits you and your baby in real life, not just in theory.
After those four weeks, you simply keep the carrier for as long as you want and you’ll be charged weekly while the carrier is with you.
When you’re ready to send it back, you ship it to us using the return label provided, and once it’s returned, your payments stop.
There’s no decision deadline, no pressure to return it by a certain date, and no need to commit beyond what feels right for your family.

Step 2
We ship it to you.
Your carrier is sent directly to your door, with shipping included Australia-wide.

Step 3
Wear, learn & live in it.
Use the carrier in your real life – walks, naps, errands, contact naps at home. There’s no rush. You’ll have a minimum four-week access period to properly settle in and see how it fits your family.

Step 4
Keep, or return.
After the initial four weeks, access continues weekly for as long as the carrier is with you.
When you’re ready, return it using the included return label — and your access payments stop.
You’re welcome to keep your carrier for as long as it suits your life. Your renewal will end when you return the carrier.

Your first weekly payment secures your access and covers the initial four-week period while the carrier is with you. After that, access continues on a simple weekly basis for as long as you keep the carrier — nothing changes unless you decide it’s time to send it back.
When the carrier is returned and checked over, your payments stop. There are no long-term contracts, lock-ins, or ongoing commitments beyond the time the carrier is in your care.
